The site is located on Burnbrae Road, to the south of Linwood town and also south of the main A737 route to Glasgow and Irvine. There are a number of industrial premises surrounding the site itself, and further east of the site lie established commercial, leisure and retailing areas. The site is presently entirely undeveloped but benefits from being well placed in terms of access to major transport routes including the A737 and the M8.

PLANNING

The land has been designated for industrial, business, storage and distribution use by Renfrewshire Council. Outline Planning Consent was granted for classes 4, 5 and 6 in March 2008.
