Newhall Steading is situated adjacent to the village of Kettins, approximately two miles south of the market town of Coupar Angus, in a scenic rural setting in the heart of the rolling Perthshire countryside. Coupar Angus offers a range of services including a primary school, post office, small supermarket and a number of shops. Blairgowrie, about 6 miles to the north, provides an extensive range of facilities including local retailers, banks, restaurants and a large supermarket. Dundee and Perth, to the south and west respectively, provide all the facilities expected of a major population centre. Dundee Airport provides regular schedules flights to and from London City Airport. The local area provides for a vast array of outdoor sports and pursuits. Shooting can be taken on nearby estates and fishing is available on the River Isla and River Tay.There is a number of excellent golf courses in the area, including Murrayshall Golf course at Scone and the Championship course at Rosemount by Blairgowrie.The Glen Shee ski centre is a comfortable drive to the north, whilst for the hill walker there is any number of enjoyable walks nearby.

Description
