It is conveniently placed for the A9, giving swift access to Perth, Dundee and Stirling, whilst the cities of Edinburgh and Glasgow with their international airports are just over 45 miles distant with access via the A9 and motorway links. There is a railway station at Gleneagles with sleeper service to London and regular trains to both Edinburgh and Glasgow.

Description
Bardowie is a most attractive and immaculately presented town house. It has recently been completely refurbished and enlarged to form a residence of impressive quality. The house at one enjoys both a peaceful setting and also excellent access. Lying off Feus, it is surprisingly peaceful and stands in a pretty and established garden.
The house has been cleverly finished to a very high standard with two staircases, good sized reception rooms, including a formal dining room and drawing room and a well appointed kitchen with modern units and excellent fittings. There is a useful ground floor bedroom with en suite shower, whilst at first floor level the master bedroom suite with bathroom leads also to a first floor sitting room. There is an adjacent further bedroom with en suite shower room. At the other end of the house, accessed by a second staircase, are two further bedrooms, both en suite, which could form ideal rooms for a bed and breakfast business or separate teen living quarters.
There is a central fire detection system with smoke detectors in all rooms and a wireless Intruder alarm.
Unusually, the property includes an integral garage and a pretty garden with patio area. There is an off road parking area for a further two/three cars.
