Terms of Lease:
The let will be a Short Assured Tenancy on terms to be agreed but broadly in line with the following:
1. Term: A 6 month lease will be offered continuing on a monthly basis thereafter.
2. Furnishings: The property is available for let on an unfurnished basis and with floor coverings and carpets in place.
3. Rent: The rent will be paid monthly in advance by Banker's Order.
4. Deposit: A deposit equal to a minimum of one month's rent will be payable at the commencement of the Lease.
