Terms of Lease
The let will be a Short Assured Tenancy on terms to be agreed but broadly in line with the following:
1. Term: A 6 month lease will be offered continuing on a monthly basis thereafter.
2. Furnishings: The property is available for let on a fully furnished basis only.
3. Rent: The rent will be paid monthly in advance by Banker's Order.
4. Deposit: A deposit equal to a minimum of one month's rent will be payable at the commencement of the Lease.
5. Repairs: The Landlord will be responsible for keeping the property in a wind and water tight condition whilst the Tenant will be responsible for all internal decoration and internal repairs, as per the Tenancy Agreement.
6. Insurance: The Landlord will insure the property whilst the Tenants will be responsible for insuring their own personal effects and furnishings
7. Rent Review: The rent will be reviewed annually
