Directions
From Dundee take the A90 signposted for Forfar and Aberdeen. After about 25 miles branch left signposted for Brechin and Edzell. At the roundabout take the second exit on the B866 which is signposted for Edzell and Fettercairn. Continue along this road for approximately 3 miles and you will come to Edzell. Take the first right at the Inglis Hall and carry along Ramsay Street for approximately 100 yards and The Orchard is on the right hand side opposite the Bowling Green.

Terms of Lease
The let will be a Short Assured Tenancy on terms to be agreed but which will be broadly in line with the following:
1. Term
A 6 month lease will be offered going on to a monthly basis thereafter.
2. Furnishings
The property is available for let on an unfurnished basis.
3. Rent
The rent will be paid monthly in advance by Banker’s Order
4. Deposit
A deposit equal to a minimum of one month’s rent will be payable at the commencement of the Lease.
5. Repairs
The Landlord will be responsible for keeping the property in a wind and water tight condition whilst the Tenant will be responsible for all internal decoration and most internal repairs but only after having received the Landlord’s consent.
6. Insurance
The Landlord will insure the property whilst the Tenants will be responsible for insuring their own personal effects and furnishings

8. Outgoings

9. References
