 Directions
From Perth follow the A9 heading north. After about 12 miles, follow
the sign posts for “Dunkeld” and travel straight through the
village on the Blairgowrie road (A923). After about 2 miles, the road

right hand side. Take this road and after 2.4 miles on the left hand side
there is a sign for “Nether Kincairney”. Take this road and
follow the signposts for “Nether Kincairney”. After about ½ a
mile you will see the sign post for this property and Mill Cottage is
reached on the right hand side about 30 yards after the signpost. There

Terms of Lease
The let will be a Short Assured Tenancy
on terms to be agreed but which will be broadly in line with the following:
1. Term
A 6 month lease will be offered going on to a monthly basis thereafter.
2. Furnishings
The property is available for let on a furnished basis.
3. Rent The
rent will be paid monthly in advance by Banker’s Order
4. Deposit A
deposit equal to a minimum of one month’s rent will be payable
at the commencement of the Lease.
5. Repairs
The Landlord will be responsible for keeping the property in a wind
and water tight condition whilst the Tenant will be responsible for all
internal decoration and internal repairs
6. Insurance
