Highclere is situated on the outskirts of Crieff in a private location with open views to the rear of the property. The accommodation is on two levels and allows for flexibility as at present one of the ground floor bedrooms is used as a play area.
The property stands in its own grounds which are quite private with hedges to the rear and fences to the front of the property. The garden has been well maintained and has many mature shrubs and bushes with a large area laid to lawn.
The county town of Crieff offers most services with a variety of shops. Directions
From Perth follow the signposts for Crieff travelling along the A85 passing through Methven and Gilmerton. Once in Crieff you will pass Crieff Golf Club on your right hand side. Keep going in through Crieff town centre and take a right on the road marked for Comrie and Lochearnhead. Travel along this road for approximately 200 yards passing Comrie Garage on your left hand side. Take the second road on your right hand side marked Craigard Road and follow this road to the top and turn right into Ancaster Road. Follow this road and Highclere is the last house on the right hand side.

Terms of Lease
The let will be a Short Assured Tenancy on terms to be agreed but which will be broadly in line with the following:
1. Term A 6 month lease will be offered going on to a monthly basis thereafter.
2. Furnishings
The property is available for let on an unfurnished basis.
3. Rent
The rent will be paid monthly in advance by Banker's Order
4. Deposit
A deposit equal to a minimum of one month's rent will be payable at the commencement of the Lease.
5. Repairs
The Landlord will be responsible for keeping the property in a wind and water tight condition whilst the Tenant will be responsible for all internal decoration and internal repairs
6. Insurance
The Landlord will insure the property whilst the Tenants will be responsible for insuring their own personal effects and furnishings
7. Rent Review

8. Outgoings
