The let will be a Short Assured Tenancy on terms to be agreed but which will be broadly in line with the following:
1. Term
A 6 month lease will be offered going on to a monthly basis thereafter.
2. Furnishings
The property is available for let on a part furnished basis.
3. Rent
The rent will be paid monthly in advance by Banker's Order
4. Deposit
A deposit equal to a minimum of one month's rent will be payable at the commencement of the Lease.
5. Repairs
The Landlord will be responsible for keeping the property in a wind and water tight condition whilst the Tenant will be responsible for all internal decoration and internal repairs
6. Insurance
The Landlord will insure the property whilst the Tenants will be responsible for insuring their own personal effects and furnishings
7. Rent Review
The rent will be reviewed annually
8. Outgoings

9. References
