Terms of Lease
The let will be a Short Assured Tenancy on terms to be agreed but
which will be broadly in line with the following:
1. Term
A 6 month lease will be offered going on to a monthly basis thereafter.
2. Furnishings
The property is available for let on a part furnished or an unfurnished
basis.
3. Rent The
rent will be paid monthly in advance by Banker’s Order
4. Deposit A
deposit of £1,000 will be payable at the commencement of the Lease.
5. Repairs
